Pergamos Village in Kolymbari was chosen by my director for our recent business trip, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The hotel featured all the amenities needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The rooms were a little tired, but spotlessly clean. Despite only staying for one night, I did notice that the apartment lacked utensils for cooking. However, this minor inconvenience was not relevant to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large refrigerator. We spent a lot of time on the nice terrace, enjoying the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The hotel is located near excellent restaurants and shops, as well as a sandy beach down the west coast and the most beautiful beaches in the north area. The hotel also offers transportation to the water park. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location to a sandy beach were all excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel's decoration is lovely, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas are well-maintained and spacious, perfect for senior people to move around comfortably. the hotel's accessibility is excellent, with smooth pathways and easy access to amenities, making it convenient for seniors like me to navigate without any difficulties.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior guests.

The staff at Pergamos were absolutely amazing, super friendly and always ready to help. They even greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The value for money was mind-blowing, with the price including a fridge and aircon in the rooms. The rooms themselves were larger than expected for a traditional Greek family hotel and incredibly clean. Although the shower didn't have a curtain, this is normal for small Greek hotels. The grounds were jaw-droppingly beautiful and the swimming pool was a decent size with plenty of free sun beds. We were spoiled for choice with the restaurants within walking distance and the local bus stop right outside the property made it easy to explore further.

Amazing staff, cozy and well-equipped room with AC, TV, comfy beds, locker, and a small terrace. Great location for exploring Balos, Falassarna, and Lafonissi. Will definitely return if we visit Crete again. Spacious room with kitchenette and free luggage storage. Efficient, helpful family-run place, clean with a good-sized pool and plenty of shade. Ideal base for exploring Chania and the west side of Crete. Nice atmosphere, friendly owners, and a beautiful, uncrowded beach nearby.
